Elsie is one month old! She has changed so much already in just four short weeks. Here is a cute picture of her on her one month birthday. You can thank her Grandmother Rushing for the cute dress and her "Auntie M" for the pretty blanket. She is smiling little smiles for us in the morning and when she is full or making a present in her diaper. She is sleeping anywhere from 5 to 8 hours at night which is wonderful. Mom went to her one month checkup and got the all clear from the Dr. to drive and to go back to the gym. But most exciting is that mom is only three pounds away from her pre-Elsie weight! Things are starting to get easier - but Elsie is always changing the rules. Merry Christmas!

I'm glad to hear you had a wonderful Christmas. Elsie will probably be changing the rules for the next few years. But with a little help from above - mom & dad will come out like pros. I'm so happy for you my dear friend. Christmas was great on our end - Santa got Colin an organ - let's just say mommy here is tired of hearing "livin la vida loca" the demo song. But Colin loves to dance, and clap his little hands. It's too funny. He looks like one of those dancing Santa's or Elmos. But the boy does have rhythm like his mommy. And I'm understand him more each day. But mostly it's see mama see. Or get it, sit, stuff like that. Anyhoo- it's late - Get plenty of rest and kiss that sweet little baby. I can't wait to see her.
