Wyatt's first swinging day

Thought you might like to see the happiest boy at the park. One of Wyatt's first times on the swing. Woah!!

On the way home from the Zoo

Couldn't resist capturing what the kids were doing in the car on the way home from the zoo. Wyatt - eating his shoes and Elsie passed out!

The ZOO - Again!

We finally got Elsie to ride the merry go round after a year long dry spell. She rode her favorite animal - a long neck. I think that she really did it cause Wyatt showed her up by riding the elephant at only 9 months old. Love a little competition. The other pics are at the boat in the children's area and in the eagle's nest.

Can you see the teeth???

Wyatt has two teeth now - can you see them in the photo? I have been trying to take a picture of them for days, but this one just happened to show them off the best. We are actively teething - what fun.

easter at Church

What a fun time we had at the Church Easter Egg hunt. Wyatt was too small to hunt, but he had fun anyway - and Elsie showed him how to pet the bunny (gently, Wyatt!)

Look at these two flirts!

These two are certainly becoming quite the little flirts! As you can see the feelings are mutual!

A day at the Zoo

If you have read the blog at all you will know that we are huge fans of the zoo. Here are some pics from a recent trip. Elsie pushing the wagon - cause she won't listen to mommy about that whole pulling the wagon concept. Elsie with the peacock! Carl and Elsie checking out the Lion who you can't see in this picture, but she was sleeping. My favorite is the last picture. Notice Wyatt is asleep - his fav thing to do at the zoo and what I almost missed in the picture - see how Jarad's finger is behind his ear? He is asking Elsie if she forgot to say anything with her request for juice and a snack - that is when I heard a loud PUL-EASE!!! in his general direction!

Take Three

Now that we know all about taking pictures it takes several tries to get one without someone blinking or smiling so hard they close their eyes! Here is Elsie with Carl at breakfast one morning. What a pair!

Zoobilee!

We had a great time at the Zoo's annual member appreciation event Zoobilee! Elsie like feeding the pigeons and squirrels her french fries before we went into the Zoo and then petting the snake. Did you know a snake says, "sisssssssssss" and that you have to wash your hands after petting a snake? Well, Elsie does and she is now teaching Wyatt all about it.
